Horseshoe Bay Resort Executive Chef Jay Hunter is thrilled to lead the culinary efforts at this year’s 2015 Horseshoe Bay Resort Wine and Dine Festival. Chef Jay, along with his culinary team and the other Celebrity Chefs that will be on property for the weekend have put together a five-course dinner for Friday Night’s Wine Dinner  that is sure to impress those in attendance.

“We are excited about this event and the outstanding food that is going to be served over this great weekend in November,” Hunter said. “This event celebrates a great mix of food and wine and we are proud to be hosting the festival again this year.”

Chef Jay,  whose team will be competing in the culinary stroll competition this year with is excited about the events surrounding this culinary weekend.

“This year we have Celebrity Chefs coming to Horseshoe Bay Resort to conduct several cooking demos, plus quite a few outstanding chefs and artisans that will be providing samples on Saturday at the Sunset Stroll,” Hunter said. “We are excited about how this event has grown.”

“Make sure you get your tickets early,” Hunter added. “The event will sell out.”

Chef Jay will be on stage with the other Celebrity Chefs explaining the entree pairings with the wine during each course that is served at Friday night’s, November 20th Wine Dinner. His culinary team will also have a booth at Saturday’s Sunset Stroll, providing food samples to those in attendance.
