ADMISSION: Your admission on Friday includes a seat at the five-course Celebrity wine dinner. Business casual attire is requested. This event will be held inside at the beautiful Granite Ballroom at Horseshoe Bay Resort. On Saturday, your paid admission includes access to all three Celebrity Chef cooking demonstrations (begins at 11 a.m.) and admission to the Horseshoe Bay Resort Wine and Dine Festival Sunset Stroll starting at 2 p.m. Food and Wine are included at both Friday and Saturday events. Saturday guests will receive a complimentary wine glass for tastings. Saturday’s stroll will be held on the event lawn so high heels are not recommended.

FOOD and DRINK: Outside food and drink will not be permitted inside the Festival grounds. Please note that Credit/Debit Cards are accepted on a limited basis. There is an ATM available inside the Horseshoe Bay Resort hotel adjacent to the event lawn.

SEATING: Seating will be provided in the entertainment areas where both the Cooking Demonstrations and Concerts will be held. The Sunset Stroll involves walking around and meeting the different wineries, chefs and artisans so be prepared to walk.  Patrons may not bring personal seating (such as bag chairs) onto the festival grounds.

PROPER ATTIRE: Collard shirts and pants are required for festival attendees on Friday evening. Saturday is more casual, but shirt, shorts and shoes are required for entrance.

RAIN: The Horseshoe Bay Resort Wine and Dine Festival is a rain or shine event. In the event of bad weather, all events will be moved indoors to the Horseshoe Bay Resort convention area.

PARKING: Parking will be available at the Horseshoe Bay Resort. Please follow the signs for parking.  Do not parallel park on the streets.

TICKETS:  Tickets are available online at hsbresortwinefest.com. Tickets will also be available on the same day at Horseshoe Bay Resort (based on availability). PLEASE NOTE: LAST YEAR’S EVENT SOLD OUT-SO DON’T DELAY.
